The Foo Fighters, Enter Shikari, The Osmonds and Reef. They’ve all graced the stage of the Cheese and Grain,
a not-for-profit social enterprise in Frome, Somerset.
We have a fantastic rapport with the team at the Cheese & Grain, designing and developing a lot of their marketing communications, so when they asked us to come up with an idea on how to revolutionise their online presence, we jumped at the chance.
With their old website dating back to 2015, we knew we had to modernise how visitors view events, purchase tickets and understand what the Cheese & Grain is. Our goal was to make visiting the venue more of an experience, showing the wide range of things to do, from events to the café and Bert Jansch recording studio.
Events and Courses are at the forefront of what the Cheese & Grain offers, so we developed a fully responsive digital platform that makes them a prominent feature of the site, ensuring visitors can easily see what’s on, find individual event information, and add it to their Google and Apple calendars.
Designed mobile-first, the site optimises the Spektrix ticketing platform for a seamless, easy-to-use experience that takes the user from event information, through to seat choices, payment and then booking confirmation.
With this new, modern experience, the Cheese & Gain can quickly and effectively showcase events and what’s on offer to suit their own marketing goals.
